Shipping

Free, to the contiguous United States. Orders ship from a US warehouse. They are processed in 1–3 business days and arrive in 2–7 business days after that by ground carrier. You'll get a tracking number by email when it leaves.

Payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay at checkout. US sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable.

We can't ship to Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, APO/FPO or PO boxes yet. One vest ships per package.

30-day returns

Return it for any reason within thirty days of delivery — wrong weight, wrong fit, you just don't reach for it — for a refund of the purchase price. Email us for a return authorization first.

How it works: email [email protected] with your order number. We reply within one business day with the return address (a warehouse in California) and a return label. HEFT Light returns ship free, both ways. On Core and Heavy (33–41 lb boxes) the return label cost is deducted from the refund if you simply change your mind. If the item arrived damaged or defective, we cover it and replace or refund on any vest, your choice. Pack all pouches in the vest. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the warehouse receiving the return.

90-day defect replacement

Seam splits, buckle fails, pouch leaks within 90 days of delivery under normal use: email photos and we replace it, free. Wear and tear is excluded, as is damage from machine washing or submerging the vest — wipe it clean instead.

Damaged on arrival

Photograph the box and the item and email us within 7 days. We'll send a replacement or refund — no need to ship the damaged one back unless we ask.

Wrong weight?

Swap Light for Core or Heavy within the 30 days. Fastest: order the new vest now, email us for a return label for the first, and we refund it when the warehouse receives it. Prefer to wait? Send the first back and order the second once the refund clears. On a swap up to Core or Heavy we waive the return label deduction.
